Remember, even if you have purchased at our retail stores before, you will still need to sign-up for a new account on our e-shop.
Invalid Password

Temporary DNS Block
This happens when you try to login to your account unsuccessfully more than 5 times.
In this situation, please contact us via our LiveChat to verify the situation, and have the restrictions lifted.
Unfortunately not, we are still working on that! Hence, if you have purchased from our retail store but not at our e-store before, you will still be required to create a new account at our e-shop.
That being said, all transactions on e-store and retail will still be logged under your name, qualifying for our SK Diamond Club program.
