Gold bangles are rigid and typically round in shape, and may not come with a clasp. Gold bracelets are more flexible and may contain a clasp as well as other materials such as beads or charms.
Our gold bracelets come in a wide range of styles and colours including rose gold and white gold. These range from the sweet and minimalist SK 916 Endless Love Bracelet made out of intertwined hearts that ladies will adore, to the unisex Divine Dragon 999 Pure Gold Bracelet that symbolises strength and power.
SK Jewellery uses 3 types of gold for our gold bracelets: 14K gold, 916 gold, and 999 gold. The numbers reflect the karat ratio of gold with a larger number indicating purer gold. Find out more in our guide to gold purity.
14K gold comprises 14 out of 24 parts gold and is a popular option for everyday gold jewellery.
916 gold or 22K gold contains 91.6% pure gold and is used for both everyday jewellery and jewellery meant for special occasions.
999 gold or 24K gold contains 99.9% pure gold and is the purest form of the metal, making it suitable for heirlooms and keepsakes. Our Si Dian Jin collection is made from 999 gold and is available exclusively in our SK Jewellery Showrooms in Singapore.
Gold bracelets can be maintained with a simple regular care routine for gold jewellery. 14K gold jewellery can be cleaned using ultrasonic cleaners or with a soft brush or cloth, lukewarm water, and gentle dish soap. Thoroughly rinse off all soap residue after cleaning and leave to air-dry or dry with a lint-free cloth.
For softer higher karat gold like 916 or 999 gold, the same method can be used with more care taken to avoid rough treatment. Ensure your gold is completely dry before wearing or storing it.
